A guide from Mason

Picture your regular Tuesday.

The home needs to work. So does the location.

Look beyond the address.

I work throughout Wake County and surrounding areas, including Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Durham, Louisburg, and Harnett County. Living in Fuquay-Varina gives me a strong connection to southern Wake County and the nearby communities.

I help buyers think beyond the address and picture their regular Tuesday: the drive to work, running errands, getting dinner, and doing the things they enjoy. We talk about whether they want convenience, more land, an established neighborhood, or a home with less upkeep, then narrow the search around those priorities.

I also encourage buyers to drive their actual commute and spend time around a neighborhood before committing. The house may check every box, but the location needs to work for the way they live.

Compare the homes that matter.

That the whole Triangle moves the same way. What’s happening in Cary doesn’t automatically tell you what a house in Fuquay or Durham is worth or how quickly it will sell. Even within the same town, price range, condition, and nearby new construction can change the picture. I want people looking at the homes they’re actually competing with, instead of making decisions off a headline about Raleigh.
