Understand what matters.

My background is in golf, where I spent 13 years as a PGA Professional. In that business, you learn quickly that knowing someone’s name isn’t the same as knowing them.

You have to understand what matters to them, earn their confidence, and deliver an experience that makes them want to come back.

I’ve been licensed in real estate since 2016. My role is to stay on top of the details, give clients straightforward advice, and keep things moving.

Another perspective. Practical support.

Working with Kevin, I bring another perspective to decisions and practical support throughout the transaction. I’m comfortable asking questions, talking through options, and stepping in where something needs attention.

I want clients to feel comfortable reaching out to either of us and confident that we’re communicating with each other.

Picture your regular Tuesday.

I work throughout Wake County and surrounding areas, including Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Durham, Louisburg, and Harnett County. Living in Fuquay-Varina gives me a strong connection to southern Wake County and the nearby communities.

I help buyers think beyond the address and picture their regular Tuesday: the drive to work, running errands, getting dinner, and doing the things they enjoy. We talk about whether they want convenience, more land, an established neighborhood, or a home with less upkeep, then narrow the search around those priorities.

I also encourage buyers to drive their actual commute and spend time around a neighborhood before committing. The house may check every box, but the location needs to work for the way they live.
