Contact requests.

This website is operated for Mason Gregg, a North Carolina real estate broker affiliated with Coldwell Banker Advantage. When you ask Mason to reach out, your first name, chosen contact method and the contact details needed for that choice are emailed to Mason Gregg and Kevin Gracey. Both work with Coldwell Banker Advantage.

The first contact step sends your request immediately. The questions that follow are optional. Details you choose to share after that step are also sent to Mason and Kevin, including details saved before you finish or leave the form. This helps them respond to your inquiry.

Asking Mason to contact you is permission to respond using the method you select. It is not consent to a marketing list. Please do not use the form for financial account information, identity documents, confidential negotiating positions or other sensitive records.

Temporary storage and email.

For the stepped form to work, the site temporarily stores your contact details and optional answers on the hosting server. The records are set to expire after one day. On successful completion, the form removes the personal details from its working record and retains a temporary marker to prevent duplicate sends. Expired records may remain in database backups or await routine server cleanup.

Copies emailed to Mason and Kevin remain subject to their brokerage recordkeeping and email retention practices. The website’s hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate these services.

Technical information.

The form uses a one-way hash of your IP address for short-term rate limiting, with a one-hour expiration. Hosting systems may also record IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and other technical logs for operation and security.

This site does not currently include an advertising or analytics tracking integration. WordPress may use cookies for signed-in site administrators. Links to GRE, Zillow or other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

The private writing room.

Mason’s article questionnaire uses a private access link. Anyone with that link can view and edit its saved answers. The answers are stored on this website so Mason and Kevin can return to them for article drafting. They are not published automatically.

The questionnaire keeps its access key in the browser tab for the session. Unsaved drafts may be kept on the device until they have been saved to the website. Saved questionnaire answers remain available until they are edited or removed; the contact form’s one-day working-record expiration does not apply to them. Please do not include identifying client details or confidential transaction information.
